Brian Bartkus is a 2008 graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Brian has worked in the construction trade and has been responsible for managing and maintaining Prizm Property Group rental and investment properties. Brian appreciates everything about a home and has "hands-on experience" in all facets of residential home systems and components. Brian is also in the process of a full home renovation of a foreclosed property he bought early 2009. He received his home inspection training and certification through the American Home Inspection Training Institute (AHIT). He maintains a membership and certification in the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Brian also holds a certification in Property Management.

Bill Bartkus is a retired Sr. Vice President and Chief Information Officer for a multi-billion dollar retail company with locations throughout the U.S. However, Bill’s passion has always been real estate investment and renovation of properties. He has acquired a portfolio of real estate for rental and investment over the years. With the recent graduation of his son Brian, Bill is fulfilling a life-long ambition to start a family owned business in the real estate market. Providing home inspection services is a rewarding experience by providing buyers, sellers and realtors objective and insightful information regarding the property involved in their real estate transaction. He received his home inspection training and certification through the American Home Inspection Training Institute (AHIT). He maintains a membership and certification in the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Bill also holds a certification in Property Management.
